Stew Dulaney, Owner
Stew has been diving since 1976. He has experiences in fresh water, salt water, river water, tropical water, brackish water, and hot water. He is a PADI Staff Instructor and can teach a multitude of specialty courses. He has helped out with the Sweetwater County Dive Recovery Team since 1985 to 2010 as the Dive Operations Officer.
Ely Luckett
Eli relocated to Rock Springs WY in 2011 and was immediately hooked on diving after completing his PADI Open Water Certification. When he's not diving, he enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles or dirt bikes with is wife and 2 boys. He is currently a member of the Sweetwater County Dive Team, and a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, sharing his passion for the underwater world.
Jack
Jack is our Tech instructor and Service tech. He is the guy to go to for the latest information about the deep recesses of the ocean how to get there. He is also our gas specialist. So if you want a special mix, he is the man that makes the magic. The quality of his classes are unsurpassed. It is an honor to have him guiding us on the most exciting diving that the ocean has to offer. Never stopping the learning process, he might know a thing or two about the next step….. rebreathers.
Heather
Heather is a life long Wyoming resident, and developing as a diver. She enjoys traveling, and diving the waters around Hawaii and Cancun. She is a fitness enthusiast and a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. Heather is also a member of the Sweetwater County Dive Team, and is ready to help you sign up for your courses at Mountain Bay Scuba.
Mike Wegner
I received my open water certification in 2008 and have not stopped since. I am currently an Assistant Instructor and on the Sweetwater County Dive Recovery Team. I enjoy diving in the cold murky waters of the Flaming Gorge Reservoir as much as the warm waters of the Caribbean. I have always loved working with students and helping them to develop their skills and confidence to become safe self-reliant divers and learn something new with every person I interact with.
